What you will need:

  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Apple and cinnamon

Makes 2 liters, re-fill water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.

  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Drop apple slices and the cinnamon stick in the pitcher, cover with ice about 1/2 the way and then with water. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving. It should be used within the next 24 hours.
