Cellulite – one shall not say this word. When mentioned, this word seems to be very contagious. However, we may not talk about cellulite or mention it at all, but it is certain that dimpling on the skin is a huge source of insecurity for women, and men, likewise.

Before you start thinking of any treatment or product you would want to use (although I am in favor of natural treatments) you need to test yourself for cellulite. How can you do that? If you aren’t sure what pinch test is, use your index finger and your thumb, pinch the skin on your outer thigh, buttocks or any other place you suspect and look for dimpling.
Medically, there are four stages of cellulite:
Stage 0 – one will not notice dimpling when standing or lying, and the pinch test will not show mattress-like appearance
Stage 1 – one will not notice dimpling when standing or lying down, but the pinch test will show mattress-like appearance
Stage 2 – When standing, one will notice spontaneous dimpling, but not while lying down
Stage 3 – Whether standing or lying down, one will notice spontaneous dimpling

How can you get rid of cellulite naturally?
Cellulite-reducing products tend to be very expensive and very often not effective at all. If you have been using some of those products, then you know how effective they are. On the other hand, natural treatments can offer great benefits, though when it comes to the level of effectiveness, those treatments differ as well.
Before applying any of the natural remedies, you should know more about necessary ways to reduce the appearance of the cellulite.
Nurture your skin – when your skin is weaker, that is, when your skin is lacking collagen and connective tissues are stiffer, the cellulite will become more prominent. Improve the health and elasticity of your skin.
Lose fat – cellulite will be more prominent if you have more fat in the affected areas.

Prepare a cocktail of lemon juice and cayenne pepper and drink the mixture three times a day. This cocktail, due to the lemon’s extraordinary health benefits, is a very effective treatment for detoxification, thus, getting rid of toxic and unwanted material from the body is another benefit for treating cellulite.
A few shakes of spice and a glass of freshly squeezed juice is all it takes to reduce cellulite significantly.
2# Juniper Oil and Olive Oil

Omega-3S are the right kinds of fat you need to include in your diet. Consuming wrong kinds of fats can lead to the imbalance of fatty acids that our body needs to protect the skin. Omega-3s are important for healthy skin, and it will help reduce cellulite over time.
This is not mandatory, but it will help you decrease the cellulite and keep your body healthy and strong. Moreover, healthy nutrition is key to a healthy body and mind.
EXERCISING is without any doubt the most important activity in the get-rid-of-cellulite battle. If you are already exercising, that’s a plus, if not, you need to choose your activity fast. Whether running, cycling, aerobics or walking, keeping your body active and moving will bring the best result when combined with these natural treatments.
Weight lifting is also more important than many people realize. Apart from stimulating blood flow in the affected areas, weight lifting will also tighten your muscles and help you avoid the dreaded “skinny fat” appearance.
So, can you get rid of cellulite FAST?
FAST isn’t the word you should focus on. Like everything else in life, getting rid of cellulite takes time and patience.
Just stay focused and do not give up until you accomplish your goal!
