Cherries

Lemons
Fresh whole lemons can be stored either at room temperature or in refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. To freeze lemons, you need to:
Wash and peel
Divide fruits into sections
Remove all membranes and seeds
Prepare a solution from 2 and ¾ cups sugar and 4 cups of water. Once you mix it, bring to boil. Cool the syrup and pour over lemons.
Place lemons with syrup in covered airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer bags
Whole lemons can be frozen in plastic bags as well, in case you want to make a lemon juice.
In the freezer, lemons can last up to 4 months.
